What is the CRPC For Disputes Regarding Immovable Property

As per Lawkidunya, Disputes Regarding Immovable Property in Pakistan, so as  per Section 145 is implemented in real life when there is a dispute over an immovable property and the dispute is such that it may likely cause a breach of peace. Then, in order to prevent the disturbance and breach of peace, this power is given to the magistrate to resolve the issue of the right of possession.

Object of Section 145 Cr PC is prevention of breach of peace arising in respect of dispute relating to immovable property. Settlement of dispute relating to property which is not likely to lead to breach of peace is within exclusive jurisdiction of civil Court.
