As per Lawkidunya and Article 212 of Constitution of Pakistan as Per Law. Federal Service Tribunal has been constituted under Article 212 of Constitution of Pakistan, 1973 to adjudicate upon matter relating to the terms and conditions of Civil Servants. The Tribunal has exclusive jurisdiction to hear such cases.
