Here are the required documents for registration of International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs) in Pakistan:

Mandatory Documents

1. Constitution or Memorandum of Association: Original or attested copy
2. Articles of Association: Original or attested copy
3. Bylaws: Original or attested copy
4. Proof of Registration with Home Country Authorities: Original or attested copy (if applicable)
5. Proof of Tax Exemption: Original or attested copy (if applicable)
6. Detailed Project Proposal: Original or attested copy
7. Proof of Local Representative’s Identity and Address: Original or attested copy
8. Police Clearance Certificate: For representatives (original or attested copy)

Supporting Documents

1. Certificate of Incorporation: From the home country (original or attested copy)
2. Letter of Introduction: From the home country government or embassy (original or attested copy)
3. Proof of Non-Profit Status: From the home country (original or attested copy)
4. Audited Financial Statements: For the past three years (original or attested copy)
