Punjab University Faces Admission Ban For LL.B Programme Over Non-Compliance

Punjab University’s Law College faced an admission ban for its LL.B program due to non-compliance with certain requirements. However, I couldn’t find any recent information on the current status of the ban.

The university offers LL.B programs in both 5-year and 3-year formats. The 5-year program is divided into morning and evening sessions, while the 3-year program has a specific curriculum with subjects like Islamic Jurisprudence, English Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, and Law of Contract.

To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet specific requirements, including passing the Law Admission Test (LAT) conducted by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) with 50% passing marks. They must also appear in the PU Admission Test conducted by Punjab University and provide equivalence/verification of their academic documents from the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).

For more information on the current admission status and requirements, I recommend checking the Punjab University’s official website or contacting their admissions office directly.
