As per Lawkidunya, How Do You Value a Suit For Possession in Pakistan, so as per law in a suit for possession of immovable property under section 9 of the Specific Relief Act, 1877 (Central Act I of 1877), fee shall be computed on one-half of the market value of the property or rupees one thousand whichever is higher.
