Section 87 CrPC Proclamation for Person Absconding in Law

Section 87 CrPC, as per Law the word Proclamation is the act of proclaiming or the condition of being proclaimed. Usually, an official public announcement. By an act of proclamation, a government declares to the public about the government’s action.

As per Law the word Attachment is a legal process by which a court of law, at the request of a creditor, designates specific property owned by the debtor to be transferred to the creditor, or sold for the benefit of the creditor. A wide variety of legal mechanisms are employed by debtors to prevent the attachment of their assets.

Proclamation for Person Absconding in Law

If any court has reason to believe (whether after taking evidence or not) that any person against whom a warrant has been issued by it has absconded or is concealing himself so that such warrant cannot be executed, such Court may publish a written proclamation requiring him to appear at a specific place and at a specified time not less than thirty days from the date of publishing such proclamation.
