2019 YLR 2287 Judgment, As per Lawkidunya, Interested Witness is one who has a motive to falsely implicate an accused. There cannot be an inflexible rule that the statement of an interested witness can never be accepted without corroboration. Interested or Partisan evidence when may be relied on without corroboration and when corroboration necessary.
