APPLICATION BY DEFENDANT NO. 4 UNDER ORDER 11 RULE 1 AND 4 OF CPC FOR ANSWERING TO THE INTERROGATORIES BY PLAINTIFF ANNEXED WITH THIS APPLICATION.

Respectfully Sheweth,

1.That the above title suit is pending before this Honorable Court and fixed for 14.01.2009.
2.That on 18.03.2009 applicant/defendant No. 4 has already filed the application for an order and direction to the plaintiff to produce his Pakistani Passport and UK Passport, since January 2008, on suit filed for perusal and determination of presence of plaintiff in Pakistan and abroad, on the dated mentioned therein.
3.That on 18.03.2009 applicant/defendant No. 4 has filed another application for an order and direction to the plaintiff in accordance with order dated 20.03.2009 passed by learned District Judge, Lahore t producing documents, Pakistani passport and England passport, since 2008 on suit file for perusal and determination of presence of plaintiff in Pakistan and abroad on the dates mentioned above.

It is therefore, respectfully prayed that by accepting this application plaintiff may very kindly be ordered and directed to answer the interrogatories annexed with this application in accordance with law,
